Tabsolved AI is a local-first Chrome extension that helps users recover important recently closed and previously visited webpages.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use disclosure
Tabsolved AI's use of information received from Chrome APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. User data is used only to provide and maintain Tabsolved AI's disclosed page-recovery, browser-memory search, privacy, reliability, and performance features.
Information processed
After the user gives consent and enables collection, Tabsolved AI may process webpage URLs, titles, hostnames, favicon references, visit timing, focused time, repeat visits, recently closed-tab references, limited page descriptions, headings and main-page text, local semantic embeddings, Tabsolved AI search queries, and selected results.
Tabsolved AI does not collect form entries, keystrokes, cookies, password values, or authentication credentials.
Sensitive-page protections
Known email, banking-account, healthcare, cloud-document, checkout, and payment pages are reduced to hostname-only redacted records by default. Their URL paths and queries, page titles, favicons, canonical URLs, page text, and semantic embeddings are not retained.
Sign-in, authentication, password-manager, secret-bearing, and password-field pages are excluded entirely. Incognito and Chrome-internal activity are not collected.
Local storage and network use
Browsing records, page context, embeddings, settings, and search-selection history are stored locally in extension-scoped browser storage. Tabsolved AI does not send browsing history or webpage content to an external AI inference service.
The extension connects to Hugging Face over HTTPS to download pinned semantic-model data. Hugging Face may receive ordinary connection information such as the user's IP address and request metadata, but browsing records and page content are not included in model-download requests.
Sharing and sale of data
Tabsolved AI does not sell user data, use it for advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility, or transfer it for unrelated purposes. Browsing records and page content are not shared with the developer or other third parties through the extension.
Retention, controls, and deletion
Users can pause collection, forget a page, exclude a website, choose metadata-only handling, run conservative cleanup, or delete all remembered pages, visits, embeddings, and learned search selections. Rich page text may be compacted after the selected retention period, and old low-value pages may be removed when the configured page limit is reached.
Security
Tabsolved AI uses Manifest V3. Executable JavaScript and WebAssembly are packaged with the extension; remotely hosted JavaScript is not executed. Local data is protected by the user's Chrome and operating-system profile and is not end-to-end encrypted by Tabsolved AI.
